Job Description
- Conducts initial assessment on the corporate borrower and its major shareholders and layout the necessary and further clarification.
- Coordinate with the assigned Account Officer, conducts ocular inspection and interview, with the client to determine the risk profile of the borrower and validate the business operations.
- Prepares financial spreadsheet based on the submitted Audited Financial Statements and only when necessary prepares a 3-year financial projection of the account.
- Present an in-depth credit proposal to Credit Committee (depending on the amount proposed) after gathering all the information which include but not limited to:
Company Background:
- Financial Analysis (Overall Credit Evaluation, Financial Ratios and AFS Movement)
- Recommendation on the Lease Package
- Conducts loan reviews, line renewals, and new line availment.
- Performs other duties assigned by the Department Head.
- Salary:
- ₱70,000.00 Monthly
