Job Description
**Daily Tasks:**
- Perform bank reconciliations and other reconciling tasks.
- Maintain general ledgers and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in ledgers and accounts.
- Process payments for recurring expenses such as rent, utilities, and communication.
- Reconcile sundry accounts and employee advances.
**Weekly/Bi-Weekly Tasks:**
- Prepare and process petty cash replenishment.
**Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Tasks:**
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
- Assist in financial statement preparation and management reporting.
- Monitor budgeting compliance and assist in financial strategy development.
- Post monthly salary deductions of employee advances and reconcile with HR records.
- Prepare quarterly lapsing schedules of property and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (BIR, SEC, IATA, business licensing, financial audits).
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Relevant work experience in accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible, adaptable, and has the potential for career growth.
NOTE: Salary will depend on experience.
