Job Description
Salary Range: PHP 15,000 - PHP 19,500 Monthly
Schedule: Shifting | Onsite
Job Overview:
Assist hotel guests with their reservations, cancellations, and special accommodation needs. Work closely with hotel partners to ensure a smooth and satisfying booking process.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience in hospitality or customer service
High school (SHS) graduate or higher
Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism
Willing to work onsite in a fast-paced industry
