Job Description

●Provides materials specifications for the pricing of items including sealants, SS strips, special anchors, and stone finishes.
●Provides technical support for bid/quotation requirements, bid preparations, quantity/area estimation, etc.
●Coordinates with the technical department head on operational processes related to project contracts.
●Assists project in-charge and sales agents on BOQ clarifications and change orders on awarded contracts.

Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (PRC license is an advantage)
●At least 1 year of relevant work experience
●Thorough and updated knowledge of CAD software and construction material and labor costs
●Familiarity with costing preparation and financial report analysis.
