Job Description
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and appliances.
Handle painting, carpentry, and general building repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency issues.
Maintain records of maintenance work and report major issues to management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
Work with external vendors for specialized repairs when necessary.
