Job Description

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF THIS JOB:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
- Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- College Graduate
- With 3 months Customer Experience in Voice or Messaging or Chat Support (BPO/NO BPO)
- Have Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work on site
