Job Description
Provides estimates & specifications of the project
Develops initial project schedules and monitors the subsequent process
Review and checking of technical documents base on local codes requirements
Coordinate with other trade involve on the projects (MEPFS)
Implement design or process improvements
Perform tasks assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION
- College graduate of BS in Architecture
- Certificate in Drafting Technology
- Certificate in Building Technology and Utilities
- Certificate in Computer Aided Drafting and Design
