Responsibilities
Verifying insurance eligibility
Obtaining pre-authorizations
Managing referrals
Processing claims
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
Insurance eligibility verification
Pre-authorizations
Referrals & claims processing
Ability to work the graveyard shift
Strong English communication skills and a professional phone voice
Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Strong multitasking skills
Work-from-Home Requirements
Laptop/PC with an extra monitor
Backup laptop/PC (minimum i5 processor)
Stable main & backup internet connection
Extra power source for outages
