Job Description
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their requirements and provide recommendations.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of Karcher products, highlighting their quality, performance, and value.
• Conducts presentations, consultations, in-house product demonstrations, and other related sales-building tasks
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are properly displayed and well-stocked.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide after-sales support, including assisting with product installations, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the showroom's visual appeal and create an engaging shopping experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a showroom or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment or related products is a plus.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
