Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting and Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Analytics solutions, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs and develop technical solutions using SAP technologies.
- Customize SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other SAP analytics tools to align with client requirements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics models to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within reporting systems.
- Optimize and automate reporting processes for efficiency.
System Integration and Support:
- Integrate SAP Analytics solutions with enterprise systems like SAP S4HANA and SAP ERP.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for analytics systems.
- Train clients and internal teams on SAP Analytics tools.
Client Engagement and Strategy:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their analytics needs are met.
- Provide expert advice on SAP Analytics best practices and align solutions with business objectives.
- Assist in preparing proposals, project plans, and analytics strategy recommendations.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest SAP Analytics advancements and related technologies.
- Recommend system enhancements, process improvements, and innovative analytics applications.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing, mentor junior consultants, and promote continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics implementation, including SAP BW, SAP BO, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization with SAP Analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of SAP HANA and S4HANA integration with SAP Analytics platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex data analytics projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning with SAP Analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
- SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Analytics Cloud or equivalent.
