Hiring Reporting Analyst I

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst I to join our team and support business operations by providing valuable insights through data analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to create reports from scratch, and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. This role requires expertise in processing and interpreting large data sets to help improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and create reports from scratch, including tables, graphs, and data analysis.
Collect, process, clean, and analyze business data from various sources.
Identify patterns, trends, and key insights to support decision-making.
Create data visualizations and dashboards to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and enhance data accuracy.
Identify areas for automation and process improvement in reporting and data analysis.
Provide support for complex data science and big data mining projects when required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).
Strong data visualization skills with experience in creating charts, tables, and dashboards.
Ability to work independently within established processes and frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and present data insights effectively.
