Lead system integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity across ERP components.
Project Leadership:
Oversee finance module projects, including application design, blueprinting, modeling, and proof-of-concept development.
Ensure effective integration across finance modules throughout all project phases.
Client Engagement:
Facilitate workshops, present strategic solutions, and participate in executive reviews.
Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
Enhance ERP implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices for optimal performance.
Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Lead solution design and execution, ensuring timely, high-quality project deliverables.
Develop tailored finance transformation solutions, offering insights that drive strategic impact.
