Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality finance transformation projects within time and budget constraints.
Engage with clients, facilitate workshops, and present insights to stakeholders.
Contribute to target operating models, process redesign, and shared services setup.
Design finance technology solutions and implement best practices.
Lead process transitions, knowledge transfers, and reengineering initiatives.
Drive business development, sales pipelines, and proposal submissions.

What You Bring
Postgraduate (M.B.A.), C.A., or C.P.A.
4-8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, enterprise finance processes, and transformation projects.
Hands-on expertise in:
Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Taxation, Treasury, Cash Management
Financial Close, Asset Accounting, Chart of Accounts
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and finance technology solutions.
Strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor teams, grow client relationships, and drive innovation.
