Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership, suppliers, and stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and execute improvement initiatives.
Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including strategy development, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
Provide market intelligence, supplier insights, and financial analysis to inform decision-making.
Develop category strategies aligned with client goals and procurement maturity.
Maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
Mentor sourcing teams on market trends, negotiation strategies, and best practices.
Manage advisory team allocations, track project value, and report on governance.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Global Sourcing & Category Management.
4+ years in Procurement with 3+ years of supervisory experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel & Office proficiency.
College degree or equivalent experience.
