Position: Assistant Software Development Manager

Schedule: Regular Schedule (M-F Weekends off)
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 100,000 gross
Work set up: Full work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related.
3-6 years experience in Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery, PHP, C#, .Net, MSSQL and MySQL
Strong decision-making and critical-thinking abilities
Capable of coming up with original solutions for challenging issues
Outstanding communication abilities both in writing and Proficiency in both programming and debugging.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the development life cycle and Investigate innovative technology to make the organization stronger.
Supervise, develop, and execute software products and applications.
Organize, lead, and organize the development team's activities and In charge of delivering technologies
Offer the organization technical leadership and direction.
Serve as an intermediary between high leadership and the department.
