Job Description

Position: Project Manager Role Overview

Position: Project Manager

Work location: Pasig Work Schedule: 8 am-5 pm

Salary range: 40,000-45,000

Responsibilities

 

● Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

● Ability to quickly identify problems, think critically, and devise effective solutions is invaluable.

● Strong organizational skills help to keep projects running smoothly by managing time, resources, and personnel effectively.

● Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.

● Ensure resource availability and allocation.

● Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

● Communicating with executives or the shareholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.

● Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.

● Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

● Adjusting schedules and targets on the project if justifiable and needed.

● Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

● Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

● Attend client and site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

● Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is a must.

● Proven working experience in project management for at least 7 years.

● Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

● Must be adept at financial planning and budget management.
