Qualifications:
At least College Level
Minimum of 1-year work experience in a related field
Administrative background preferred
Strong record-keeping & organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills & moral character
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Engineer in manpower, materials, and equipment monitoring
Maintain and organize essential project documents
Coordinate with different departments for site-related concerns
Oversee site personnel attendance and overtime records
Monitor and facilitate material deliveries & inventory control
Ensure proper handling of equipment, tools, and site facilities
Implement workplace safety regulations & compliance
