HR ASSISTANT - FMCG COMPANY BASED IN BGC TAGUIG
Work Location : BGC, Taguig City

Qualifications :
Graduate of HR Related degree ( 4 yr course)
Female. Proficient in computer operations
Strong communication skills
Basic knowledge in Labor Law
Background in
* compensation and benefits,
* Time keeping/ attendance monitoring
* Recruitment, hiring process, on boarding
* Employee relations /company events
* Training and development
* Performance Evaluation
* Handling complaints, grievance procedures
* Handling 201 files and other confidential documents
Familiar with SSS,Pag-Ibig Fund, Philhealth, DOLE and other govt.reports
