Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Voice) to join our team! If you have a passion for helping customers, resolving concerns efficiently, and providing excellent service, this role is for you. Responsibilities:
Professionally handle inbound customer calls and emails.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

Qualifications:
High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (new curriculum) graduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in collections.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work on-site at Bridgetowne.
