Job Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
 Question patrons regarding desired services and haircut styles.
 Always ask service requirement slip from the cashier. Review the service/s and confirm by
signing every service/s done.
 Record services provided on cashiers' tickets
 Accompany the client to the counter
 Stay informed of the latest trends and hair care techniques.
 Suggest treatments to alleviate hair problems.
 Measure, fit, and groom hairpieces.
 Threads the customer’s eyebrow to maintain its form but only upon availment of the
service.
 Performs the following services upon the availment of the customer but is not limited to:
Rebond,Perm,Color retouch,Hot oil.Hair spa,Hair treatment,Hair dye,Hair removal in areas
specified by customer, and Make-up and hair-do.
 If scheduled for training, you are required to attend to improve skills and provide better
services to client.
 Must follow company processes and policies.
 Must comply to 5S practices. Must give importance to keeping the branch neat and clean.
 Contributes as part of the team and assists team in various tasks;
 Performs other tasks as required by Immediate Head.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED – for DEMPSEY’s reference

 Has at least 2-year experience as Hairstylist.
 Ideally from medium to large salons (with in house training)
 Willing to be assigned in the following branches
o SM Bacoor – URGENTLY needs 2 barbers with experience
o SM Ormoc – URGENTLY needs 2 barbers with experience
o SM Cagayan - URGENTLY needs 1 barber with experience
 Has gone through technical training
 Good in communication
 Exceptional Personality (sociable, friendly, polite) and behaves in a professional manner
 Can work under pressure
 Must have initiative
 Able to adapt to change
 Excellent attention to details
