Job Description
Job Category: IT/Help Desk
Job Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level
Location: Cebu City
Salary Range: Negotiable
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT help desk or system operations.
Basic IT knowledge (web systems, networks, operating systems, databases, etc.).
Experience with Bug Tracking Systems (BTS) and document management systems.
Japanese language proficiency (for customer support and internal collaboration).
English language proficiency (for reading technical documentation and interacting with overseas teams).
Preferred Skills:
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Knowledge of SQL.
Programming experience (e.g., scripting languages).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 support for system-related inquiries via email, chat, etc.
Record and manage inquiries in the Bug Tracking System (BTS).
Perform initial analysis and response for system failures.
Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Create and improve FAQs and user guides based on inquiry analysis.
Propose system functionality and UX improvements.
Prepare weekly reports on inquiry volume, incident status, and improvement proposals.
