Job Description
-Provide technical accounting advisory services on IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
-Review and assess complex accounting transactions, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and financial instruments.
-Assist clients in preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure compliance.
-Conduct financial due diligence and support M&A transactions, IPOs, and business restructurings.
-Lead and mentor a team of junior accounting professionals.
Required Skills:
-At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance or accounting advisory services
-Experience in a consulting firm or professional services organization is advantageous.
-Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance, with the ability to manage complex financial statements and analyses
-CIA certification or equivalent is an asset.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
