Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their requirements and provide recommendations.
*Demonstrate the features and benefits of Karcher products, highlighting their quality, performance, and value.
*Conducts presentations, consultations, in-house product demonstrations, and other related sales-building tasks
*Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, checks, and credit card payments.
*Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are properly displayed and well-stocked.
*Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
*Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
*Provide after-sales support, including assisting with product installations, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
*Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the showroom's visual appeal and create an engaging shopping experience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
*Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a showroom or similar environment.
*Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*Familiarity with cleaning equipment or related products is a plus
*Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
