Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Works with the Immediate Superior in preparing new A/R policies and procedures.
*Updates Account Balances in the SAP System.
*Creates and Summarizes Unauthorized Customer Deductions and Returns Report.
*Presents and explains new or revised A/R policies to concerned personnel.
*Monitors Overdue Accounts.
*Checks and Validates Customer Returns and Deductions.
*Checks accuracy of Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) computation.
*Provides reliable, timely management reports on accounts receivables.
*Works with A/R Supervisor and AVP-SSG in reviewing and revising existing A/R policies and procedures.
*Recommends solutions in addressing unauthorized returns and deductions by the customer.
*Prepares letter for add-back on unauthorized deductions.
*Performs other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superiors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree of Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field.
*Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply!
*Proven accounting experience, preferably with background on Accounts Receivable clerk or Accounts payable process.
*Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
*Competency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint).
*Familiarity with SAP.
*Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers.
*Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
*Well organized.
*Accounting graduate or relevant certification is a plus.
*Willing to work in PASAY CITY.
*WILLING TO START ASAP.
Salary:
₱22,000.00 Monthly
