Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services
-Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
-Process orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges as needed
-Maintain customer records and update account information
-Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervison

Required Skills:
-HS/SHS Graduate with at least 6 months travel experience in any industry or 12 months of BPO experience in handling an international account.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Willing to be process onsite and can start ASAP

Additional Notes:
This position will be working with global IT solution.

Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
Salary:
₱24,000.00 Monthly
