Job Description
- Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services.
- Provide support for billing, technical concerns, and account management.
- Clearly explain product offerings and service features.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant telecom solutions.
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School diploma or higher education.
- At least one year of call center experience.
- Six months of experience in sales or customer engagement.
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willing to work in an on-site setup in Taguig.
- Must be available to start immediately.
