Job Description
Evaluate candidates to ensure we bring in the best technical and cultural fit.
Pre-screens applicants to determine their suitability and readiness to be considered as a candidate for hire and coordinating with the Hiring Manager for interview
Posts open positions in all existing Job portals and search engines
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the Recruitment process (Hiring Database, Personality Assessment)
Promotes the Company image to candidates and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates, and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior
Accountable for interviewing and endorsing quality candidates for different positions
Responsible for doing callouts to potential hires to check compliance with pre-employment requirements
Responsible for assisting with the administration of sourcing programs and tracking effectiveness of initiatives
Responsible for providing administrative support and helping facilitate the recruitment process
Drafts offer sheets of project-based and probationary candidates
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager or Head
