Job Description

The Procurement Staff is responsible for overseeing the purchasing process for the company or organization, ensuring that all purchases are delivered thru:
1.Zero (0) material shortages due to undelivered items
2.100% encoding of Ven bill in NetSuite

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement process by preparing and processing purchase orders.
Oversee International Sourcing
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, customs regulations, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies with suppliers.
Support contract negotiation and supplier evaluation processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address procurement and IMPEX needs.
Handle import/export documentation, including customs clearance and compliance.
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
Assist in analyzing procurement and IMPEX data to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate of 4 years Courses (Business Administration Course is Advantage)
3 Years’ Experience in Procurement
Good communication skills both oral and written
Knowledgeable in computer (Excel, Word and Power Point)
With Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
With Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
With Planning and Project and Management Skills
Knowledgeable in sourcing out supplier abroad
