Job Description
1.Zero (0) material shortages due to undelivered items
2.100% encoding of Ven bill in NetSuite
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement process by preparing and processing purchase orders.
Oversee International Sourcing
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, customs regulations, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies with suppliers.
Support contract negotiation and supplier evaluation processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address procurement and IMPEX needs.
Handle import/export documentation, including customs clearance and compliance.
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
Assist in analyzing procurement and IMPEX data to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate of 4 years Courses (Business Administration Course is Advantage)
3 Years’ Experience in Procurement
Good communication skills both oral and written
Knowledgeable in computer (Excel, Word and Power Point)
With Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
With Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
With Planning and Project and Management Skills
Knowledgeable in sourcing out supplier abroad
