Job Description

Responsibilities

Manager:
Leverage your experience in managing multiple teams, mainly in .NET.
Manage different product development in parallel
Work closely with Product and stakeholders

Processes:
Define and implement SDLC process and enforce them
Optimize planning and delivery
Manage backlog and sprints

C# Programming:
Leverage your 5+ years of experience in C# programming to manage and develop robust and efficient software solutions.
Work with the latest .NET Core technologies to build cutting-edge applications.

Microservice Architecture:
Contribute to the design and implementation of microservice architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Scalable Application Development:
Utilize your expertise to build scalable applications that meet performance and reliability requirements.
Experienced using distributed caching and queuing solutions

Team Collaboration:
Work as a team player, demonstrating a highly motivated, can-do approach to achieve project goals.

Large-Scale Environment:
Apply your experience to thrive in a large-scale environment, addressing challenges with efficiency and adaptability.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in managing teams of developers, QA and DevOps
Background in managing a team and/or leadership roles
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in C# programming.
Solid understanding and practical experience with microservice architecture.
Built SDLC process to optimize and implore delivery
Proven track record of building scalable applications.
Advantageous: Knowledge of DevOps practices.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience exceeding 5 years will be considered.
