Financial Analyst

Position Overview: The Financial Analyst will work as a member of the Finance team and be responsible
for sales commission calculation and processing as well as the preparation of various analyses and reports
to help support the business. This role will have the opportunity to interact with senior management and
sales leadership. This position will support the organization’s financial and KPI reporting, applying
business acumen and analytics to support achievement of strategic goals. This role will also assist in
implementing a commission calculation tool to automate the calculation and reporting process.
Position Responsibilities:
• Calculate monthly sale commissions and provide reporting on payments to sellers.
• Assist in completing the implementation of Everstage for commission processing.
• Provide analysis and reporting related to quota attainment by seller and by region.
• Provide monthly and quarterly analysis to assess the financial performance of the Company.
• Provide ad-hoc financial-related reporting and analysis in a variety of business areas.
• Implement financial tools and templates to summarize, measure and evaluate business performance,
plans and initiatives.
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of
sales, and expenses.
Position Requirements:
• 2-5 years’ experience in financial analysis in a corporate setting.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting Economics or Finance or related field.
• The highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, commission processing
software, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Ability to influence others through excellent communication skills demonstrated by an ability to
interface with all levels of the company and equally as important, expert-level communication skills to
share your analytical results effectively.
• Creative, highly-driven and self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive individual who can work
well independently and within a group.
• Capability to establish strong and meaningful relationships with others as well as an ability to move
and influence cross-functional teams, business owners and executives.
