Job Description
Department: Facilities
Overview of Position:
The Senior Campus Coordinator is the ultimate organizer, involved in the day-to-day operations to support the Facilities Management and Employee Experience departments. The ideal candidate will work as a liaison between management and Campus Coordinators and work on various tasks to maintain a positive and productive work environment for our employees and client partners.
Essential Functions:
- Work collaboratively with the Campus team, primarily supporting Facilities and Employee Experience.
- Act as the point of contact for the team.
- Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards on campus.
- Monitor and influence employee sentiment and experience through constant positive employee interaction.
- Assist in planning and facilitating corporate events (e.g., Customer Service Week, Thanksgiving, charity initiatives, etc.).
- Order supplies, food, and other items for client visits or employee experience-related activities (e.g., events, prizes, incentives, etc.).
- Manage Facilities ticket tracking spreadsheets and headset inventory.
- Work directly with the Fulfillment department and manage daily deliveries.
- Organize and follow up on multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage Employee Experience toolkit resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Business Permits & Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with all local and national government regulations related to business permits, safety standards, and workplace requirements. Handle permit applications, renewals, and necessary documentation to maintain legal operational status.
- Critical Equipment Maintenance – Oversee the upkeep and servicing of essential office and facility equipment, including HVAC systems, generators, security devices, and IT infrastructure. Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules to prevent operational disruptions.
- Vendor Management – Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with third-party service providers and suppliers. Ensure vendors meet performance standards, deliver quality services, and comply with company policies and budget constraints.
- Managing Inventory – Track, control, and replenish office and facility supplies, including furniture, consumables, and technical equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and implement efficient stock management practices to prevent shortages or excess storage.
Educational/Work Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Dedicated transportation to support occasional errands (required).
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative customer service-focused role.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) Certification (required).
