Job Description
Location: Remote/Hybrid/Onsite (Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions for business automation
- Maintain and enhance existing RPA bots for efficiency and performance
- Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
- Lead automation projects and mentor junior developers
- Ensure RPA solutions comply with security and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Strong programming skills (Python, C#, .NET, JavaScript)
- Experience with SQL databases, APIs, and system integrations
- RPA certification is a plus (UiPath Advanced Developer, AA Master RPA Developer)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
