Salary: 18,000 PHP + 500 PHP Mobile Allowance (Max Offer)

Join our team as a Finance Analyst I and play a key part in managing office supplies, assets, and inventory! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, adapts quickly, and is eager to learn.

What You'll Do:
- Process approved requests for office supplies and assets
- Tag, scan, and monitor newly delivered goods and assets
- Issue items to requestors or end-users
- Track asset movements like transfers, disposals, and replacements
- Maintain records of issued assets, consumables, and expenses
- Conduct inventory checks and asset spot checks
- Handle clearance for resigning employees
- May be assigned to different company sites as needed

What We Need:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Computer literate & proficient in office software
- Flexible, willing to work long hours when needed
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
