Workforce Management Manager (WFM) - Hybrid

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in Workforce management (Time management, attendance, scheduling, etc.) and Payroll consulting.
Experience of working in a consulting environment on global client projects in areas of time & attendance, workforce management transformation and shared services advisory.
Experience in team management; providing advice and guidance on client projects related with Workforce management processes and systems
Demonstrated technical proficiencies in Work Force Management; take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex global payroll client challenges
Led Workforce Management project work streams from planning through to implementation – managing project resources and budgets effectively
Designed payroll delivery options (consolidation of multiple payrolls, vendor advisory, shared service center development, use of technology to generate efficiencies), and payroll transition management
Supported other regions in client pursuit activities in the payroll and WFM space by developing proposals and presentations
Ability to review current processes to identify key metrics to evaluate operational performance compared to internal performance objectives and Payroll industry leading practices benchmarks
Facilitate and support the client in movement of the payroll delivery to a 3rd party outsource provider - developing a strong governance model to drive the vendor performance and delivery of services
