Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Logistics Specialist with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service Experience (CSE) or Customer Care Experience (CCE). Join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Job Description:
Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including shipping, inventory management, and delivery tracking.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of logistics tasks.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and customer interactions.
Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
Skills Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in CSE or CCE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
