Job Description
TASQ is seeking Italian-speaking service desk agents. The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through phone calls, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions in line with client guidelines to maintain customer satisfaction.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding technical issues.
Educational Requirements:
Open to graduates of any degree program.
Undergraduates are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Italian (speaking, writing, and reading).
For foreign applicants: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role with PH working VISA
For local applicants: A minimum of one year of BPO experience as an Italian-speaking representative.
Prior service desk experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English as a secondary language.
Work Setup & Schedule:
Location: Onsite (Alabang, Muntinlupa)
Shift: Night shift with rotating schedules
