Job Description
1. Process and monitor billings and create PR/PO for the Marketing Department.
2. Handle the following:
2.1. Marketing and general inquiries from merchants and third-party clients.
2.2. Communication and coordination with merchants and third-party clients (e.g., NGO).
3. Facilitate merchants' marketing-related requirements and requests.
4. Prepare system documentation and manuals, and manage databases and files.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned.
