Assistant Operations Manager Interisland/Laguna/30k-35k

Job Description
 Assist the Operations Manager in supervising the daily operations of the
organization.
 Develop a productive, profitable, and achievement-oriented working
environment for employees.
 Address and supervise operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
 Operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer
service.
 Educate the operations team on best practices, company policies, SOP, and
service excellence standards.
 Oversee operational risk and audit activities.
 Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation,
promotion, and termination activities.
 Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment.
 Evaluate inspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices.
 Coordinate with Operations Manager on different operational issues and
promotional activities.
 Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
 Generate operational reports for management as needed.
 Willing to travel to different sites in Visayas and Mindanao

Qualifications
 Male
 Up-to-date management skills and understanding of employee motivation
 Understanding of key performance indicators including the working
knowledge to drive appropriate behavior
 College Graduate
 Good oral and verbal communication skills
 Good leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
 Good analytical skills
 Good problem-solving skills
 At least 3 years experience in the related field.
 At least 2 years experience as team leader, supervisor, assistant manager of
manager.
