Job Description

The Procurement Staff is responsible for overseeing the purchasing process for the company or
organization, ensuring that all purchases are delivered thru:

1. Zero (0) material shortages due to undelivered items
2. 100% encoding of Ven bill in NetSuite

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in the procurement process by preparing and processing purchase orders.
 Oversee International Sourcing
 Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
 Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
 Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
 Ensure compliance with procurement policies, customs regulations, and regulatory
requirements.
 Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
 Resolve procurement-related issues and discrepancies with suppliers.
 Support contract negotiation and supplier evaluation processes.
 Collaborate with internal teams to address procurement and IMPEX needs.
 Handle import/export documentation, including customs clearance and compliance.
 Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
 Assist in analyzing procurement and IMPEX data to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 Graduate of 4 years Courses (Business Administration Course is Advantage)
 3 Years’ Experience in Procurement
 Good communication skills both oral and written
 Knowledgeable in computer (Excel, Word and Power Point)
 With Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
 With Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
With Planning and Project and Management Skills
 Knowledgeable in sourcing out supplier abroad

Work Location:
 Laguna Technopark Mamplasan, Biñan City

Work Schedule:
 Monday to Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm
Salary Range: ₱18,000-22,000 depending on experience and potential
