HR Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only have a solid background in human resources but also hold a valid Safety Officer or First Aider certification to ensure workplace safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies in line with company goals.
Serve as the point of contact for safety compliance and emergency preparedness.- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and training sessions.
Administer first aid when required and maintain medical supplies inventory.
Collaborate with management to promote a safe and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
Certified Safety Officer and/or First Aider (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
