Job Description & Responsibilities
-Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
-Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
-Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
-Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company's consumer-centric principles
