Preschool Teacher (Urgent)

Key Responsibilities of a Preschool Teacher:

Curriculum Development and Implementation:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged
children. 
Use a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, storytelling, and interactive activities.

Child Development and Care:
- Observe and assess children's individual learning styles and needs. 
Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. 
Communication and Collaboration
Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. 
Manage classroom activities and transitions effectively. 
Implement positive discipline strategies to promote appropriate behavior. 

Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance.
- Prepare and organize materials and supplies for lessons and activities. 
Assist children in learning basic skills such as identifying colors, shapes, numbers, and letters. 
Encourage children to interact with one another. 
Organize nap and snack time. 
Monitor free-time activities. 
Instill order in the classroom, disciplining students when needed. 
Communicate with parents about their child's behavior.

Qualifications:
- Degree holder in BSEd 
- At least 1 year of experience in the same field
- Can start asap
