Job Description
Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting.
Strong understanding of child development and early education methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Ability to maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Observe and assess children's progress and communicate regularly with parents.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
Promote positive behavior, social skills, and emotional development among children.
Incorporate multicultural perspectives and inclusive practices into teaching.
