Job Description

Start Date: March 24

Responsibilities:

Handle tickets and emails related to payments
Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
Assist with payment-related inquiries and issue resolution
Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications
Qualifications:
- K-12 Graduate or at least 2nd-year college (no back subjects) – No CCE required
- Old Curriculum High School Graduate – Must have at least 1 year of customer care experience (CCE)
