Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• Prior experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting is a plus.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with parents and staff.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the lead teacher and staff.
• Ability to implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Excellent classroom management and positive discipline techniques.
