Job Description
2. Full-time In-charge in MEPF field works.
3. Prepare construction schedules for implementation and coordination with the project manager
4. Prepare Construction methodology for the approval of the project manager
5. Responsible for the quality and quantity of work accomplished
6. Responsible for safety, security, and pollution control at site
7. Anticipation of all materials equipment and manpower required for the smooth operation of the project
8. Responsible for the deployment of the resources such as materials, equipment, and manpower in each activity in an economical and profitable way.
9. Conduct review plans and specifications and other documents for implementation in the project
10. Committed target scheduled activities for the day are accomplished
11. Assist the billing engineer in preparation for the billing.
12. Coordinate shop drawings for proper implementation at the site
13. Identify early site risks and provide effective solutions.
14. Must assist the surveyor with layout, location elevation, and other requirements that involve survey work.
