Job Description

• Document all calls with reference to inquires
• Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from administrative staff members so call returns are done in a timely path.
• Follow-up with customers within a 24-hour time period in regards to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let client know query is still being checked out.
Salary:
