Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. As a Planning Engineer, you will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, monitor, and update project schedules.
-Collaborate with the project team to establish project milestones and deadlines.
-Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
-Track and report project progress, delays, and changes to stakeholders.
-Assist with resource allocation and manpower planning.
-Prepare and maintain project documentation, including planning reports and risk assessments.
-Ensure compliance with all project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
-Analyze project performance and suggest improvements for future projects.
-Attend project meetings and provide updates on planning activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and a LICENSE CIVIL ENGINEER.
- years of experience in planning and scheduling within [construction/engineering/manufacturing/etc.] industries.
-Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
-Strong understanding of project management principles, risk management, and resource management.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies or delays in the project timeline.
- Salary:
- ₱18,000.00 Monthly
