Job Description

-Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, clients, or guests with a welcoming attitude. Provide information about the company or facility.

-Phone Management: Answer, direct, and manage phone calls, taking messages or providing answers to questions as needed.

-Check-in/Check-out: Process check-ins and check-outs (in hotels) ensuring all forms and required information are completed.

-Handling Inquiries: Respond to client or guest inquiries regarding services, hours of operation, or directions.
