Job Description

Qualifications:
o Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field
(experience in handling spare parts and working with international/domestic
shipments is preferred).
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Average communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
o Familiarity with SAP system is a plus
• Education:
o A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or
a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
o Create and process online and manual purchase orders with major suppliers
o Monitor both incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure timely updates on
shipment statuses to the relevant departments and personnel.
o Assist internal teams by checking stock availability and addressing inquiries
related to parts specifications in coordination with suppliers.
o Update and maintain shipment monitoring records, Air End Inventory Stock
records, and Service Consumables (e.g., degreasers, aluminum cleaner).
o Collect and analyze proposals from potential freight forwarders and submit
findings to management for review and approval.
o Oversee inventory stock transfers between warehouses via phone and email
communication, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate records.
o Post purchase orders, goods receipt, returns, and warranties in the company’s
inventory system.
o Maintain and file Parts Order Request forms and essential shipping
documents, including invoices, packing lists, AWBs, BLs, and manual
purchase orders.
o Notify the Accounting department of posted GRPOs (Goods Receipt Purchase
Orders) and communicate any shipment payables to ensure proper
accounting.
o Provide support to the logistics team and serve as a backup for the
storekeeper during their absence, ensuring continuity in operations.
o Handle urgent sales orders and prepare essential documentation, such as
Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoices, and Certificates of Conformance (COC),
when required.
